Simplifying the tea-making process for modern geeks, Italian designer Amir Alizade has created a ceramic cup that helps the user fulfill the tea rituals (preparing and serving) without the need to leave his or her workstation.

You may not perceive any change in the taste and tang of tea from the old days, but the way it was prepared earlier has changed altogether to gratify the gen-next users who refrain from tinkering with conventional kettle and stove in the kitchen.

Tempo the ceramic cup comes with two separable parts, one sitting on top of the other. The base of the cup contains a mechanical timer, which can be set from one to seven minutes according to the time required to prepare the drink, to remind you if it is ready, while on the other hand, the vessel sits on top of the timer that doubles as a pot to serve the beverage.
